Well it was a slow newsday around Eagle Trace this day - the new year began slowly with a small assemblage of hearty soles - but they were nonetheless enthusiastic!

Visiting us for the first time was Andrew Ward, our candidate for an Ambassadorial Scholarship last year.  He was chosen as a runner-up and would get to go if another scholar can not fulfill his or her obligation.  Undaunted Andrew, a senior at the University of South Florida, will apply again this year.

The major excitement was the 50 - 50.
