It was a busy morning as District Governor Jack Martin made his scheduled visit to the club and gave an overview of this year's goals, from both the District and RI level. The governor's audience included three prospective Rotarian visitors. In addition to his presentation, Governor Jack was pressed into service to induct a new member and award two Paul Harris Fellowships. Additionally, the club presented Barbara A. Weinstein, Ed.D. and Mary Monahan of Family Central, Inc., this year's primary beneficiary of our Golf Tournament, with a $7,500 donation. In conclusion, Governor Jack noted, "My work here is done."
