BRUCE HOFMANN, D.C. |
PEAK PERFORMANCE Bruce Hofmann, DC of Peak Performance Consultants, Inc. did a slide presentation about various areas of one's life and how these areas need to be in tune in order to live a rewarding, stress limited and full life. Dr. Hoffman discussed and illustrated his "Wheel of Live " theory, with the areas of life being Social, Physical, Fun, Mental, Family, Career, Spiritual, and Financial. And much like the spoke of a wheel each of these areas need to be in balance in order for one to function efficiently. He then had the group go through some thoughtful exercises, including listing areas of personal and professional improvement and goal stating, both professionally and personally. An interesting and thought provoking presentation, and thanks to Drew Bartoszak for arranging this program. |
