YOUTH EXCHANGE - 2005

As anyone knows that has visited our club more than once, we are a real supporter of the Rotary Youth Exchange program.  Not only have we hosted students every year since 1991 (and NO other club in the District can say that) many of our members have been host families - a truly rewarding experience as current members Pat, Terry and Doug can attest.

Today we had the pleasure of hearing from Conny Kleint of Hannover, Germany.  We have hosted several students from Germany in the past, and as coincidence would have it 2 years ago we had a Charly Kleint from Germany - no relation!  :-)

Conny showed a great video of her home town, surrounding area and her family.  We understand that her Dad had a soundtrack for the video but we could not hear it :-)  Other than her host Dad she said she was having a great time here.
