Today we had the special privilege of having the President of the United States, George W. Bush, address our club.  This was a real honor for us, and the President was in the Broward area campaigning for his brother, Jeb, currently running for Governor of the State of Florida.

While he did not indicate that he would declare war on Iraq he did say that we had  declared war on Lichtenstein and the Cook Islands.  As nobody knows where they are the war was not covered in the press.  He also indicated that he was proposing to eliminate all income taxes, fuel taxes, and would give every US citizen a Pez dispenser for the asking.

Another good point was that we raised another $14,000.00 in breakfast fees due to the all of the Secret Service, press, bus drivers, etc.
