NOVEMBER 28, 2000 MEETING

Our speakers today were Rotarians Fred Anderson (right) and Greg Foster.  Fred is a former District Governor (we don't hold that against him) and Greg is a member of a Rotary Club that has met in various cities over the years and should be called the "Nomad Rotary Club", but isn't.

Their visit had a serious purpose, and they spoke about the Ak' Tenamit project in Guatemala, a project started by a Rotarian and supported by Rotarians to a fantastic degree.    Time and space does not give this story justice - so check out their web site at www.guatfund.com.  This is a "hands on project" to the "Nth degree" and a great cause!
